Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders generally require 1–3 business days for processing and 3–7 business days for transit. The total estimated delivery time is therefore 4–10 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Willow Tree offers Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders.
Our Products
Are your products handmade?
Yes. Our collection includes handmade wooden products designed to bring natural character and practical beauty to the home and garden.
Will my wooden product look exactly like the photos?
Natural wood has unique grain, texture, color, and markings. Small variations are normal and are part of the character of handmade products.
Do your products have a warranty?
Eligible products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use. See our Warranty Policy.
Orders, Returns & Payment
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests can generally be made within 12 hours of placing an order. After processing, production, customization, or shipping has started, cancellation may no longer be possible. See our Cancellation Policy.
What is your return period?
Eligible products can generally be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
