Every eligible Willow Tree piece is covered by a 2-year limited warranty.
Willow Tree provides a 2-year limited warranty covering eligible products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.

Manufacturing, workmanship or material defects.
Not Covered
Wear and tear, accidents, misuse or natural wood variations.

1. Warranty Coverage
The warranty may cover defects related to manufacturing, workmanship, or materials that were present under normal use.
2. What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidental damage.
- Misuse or abuse.
- Improper installation or use.
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Damage caused by exposure to conditions for which the product was not designed.
- Natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, or markings.
3. Handmade Product Variations
Because Willow Tree products may be handmade using natural wood, minor variations between individual pieces are normal and contribute to the uniqueness of each product.
4. Warranty Claims
To request warranty assistance, contact Willowtree@support.com and provide your order information, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.
5. Resolution
If a valid warranty claim is approved, Willow Tree may, at its discretion, repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the affected product in accordance with applicable law.
