Changed your mind? You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of ordering.
We understand that plans can change. Willow Tree allows customers to request cancellation of an order within 12 hours of placing the order.

Submit your request as soon as possible after ordering.

We Confirm
We review and confirm whether it can still be cancelled.
1. Cancellation Period
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours after the order is placed.
2. After Processing Begins
Once an order has entered processing, production, customization, packaging, or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.
3. Handmade and Customized Orders
Orders involving personalized, customized, or specially prepared products may begin processing shortly after purchase. For this reason, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
4. How to Cancel
Send your cancellation request to Willowtree@support.com and include your order number.
We will review the request and confirm whether the order can still be cancelled.
